Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my incredible fianc JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. People often recognize me on Instagram and I write about my life from highs and lows. When I was just 1 year old My family and I moved from the United States to America. If not due to the dedication of my parents I might not exist today to share the journey with people like you. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot to have a brighter future, I strived to make them proud and had tunnel vision in the direction of the success. My mind had a plan to live my life. You go to college and get a degree. Wed. Buy a house. Get kids. This was my vision of what success looked like. However, life was not so keen on my thoughts. In 2013, I realized that I was not happy going to work in my job as a corporate employee. The status and the money didn't inspire me. I thought I was wasting time for money. When I started to take steps toward a new direction in my life, I discovered the importance of personal training and that's the career path I was looking for. I'm a sucker of exercise and enjoy working with people and help people. I began my business in the year 2014. My company is celebrating its seventh anniversary in this calendar year. Few Asian women have a job in the fashion industry. As an instructor, my aim is to encourage others to live a healthier and fulfilled life through creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet the individual's goals and needs. It is my goal to encourage others to chase their goals and live the lives they have always wanted. As I started my career, the death of my mother was the greatest blow to my life. She won her eight-year battle with the disease. Then she's in Heaven and I'll remain close to her in my heart. Even if you can't see it initially, the universe has a funny way of offering us the things we need. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways. I am convinced that my mom offered me a second opportunity to live my life after her death. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. It was her time to begin her new life, and I got the chance to lead living a happy and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious of the fact like I'm living my life today instead of merely surviving as the person I was back in my previous. As I share the story of my experiences, it's with the intention that people will be able to understand my feelings and thoughts. It is to know that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of true love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and not abnormal. In the end, your the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. I hope that you enjoy your life to the fullest and that you die without regrets as death is the only thing that is promised to all of us during our lives.
